Lorenzo is the coauthor of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI) and of the Vital Signs Tools (VS) to measure the key drivers of performance and the author of several articles and white papers about the impact of emotions on performance. In 2006 he started to focus his attention on the italian market becoming first SEI Master Assessor (2006), Master Trainer for Six Seconds (2006) and VS Master Consultant (2011) Since 2012 he covers an international role for Six Seconds, the Emotional Intelligence Network.
