summary

Since 2005, I have been working as a consultant, primarily in the non-profit, government, and foundation realms. Much of this work has been focused on organizational culture, systems facilitation, and professional development. I also provide programs in leadership development, and executive and leadership coaching. I am accredited with the ICF (PCC).

At this place in my career, my work is anchored in the fact that all professional growth requires personal development. So I aim to brightly shine the spotlight on this in all of my work.

My professional growth has been mirrored and paralleled in my personal journey and I am hoping that this course will be beneficial in both of these realms.

Originally from the UK, I have lived in the USA since 1996. This summer I have relocated back to the UK (Edinburgh).
